Welcome in spring with ceramicist Margaret Brampton. Learn from a master craftsperson with decades of experience and create your own pot decorated with merry-go-rounds of animals and figures. Pots will be fired and returned.

This workshop is open to adults and children over 12. There will be a short break for lunch.

 

Sketchbook walk

7 April 11am – 1pm

Free and open to all

Celebrate Visit Wales’ Year of the Sea by helping the fight against plastics in our oceans. Support the local plastic free movement by documenting the beach clean on Aberporth beach in Ceredigion with artist Jo Shapland. Meet by the dolphin sculpture next to the Pentraeth Road carpark at 11am.

Children must be accompanied. Please wear appropriate footwear and warm clothing.

 

Tiny chairs

10 April 11am – 3pm

Suitable for all ages and abilities

£3 per person

Make a quirky miniature chair in this drop in workshop. Choose from a variety of found materials including beach combed plastic and driftwood to make a unique chair.

This is a family workshop open to all ages but younger children will need an adult to help them. Children under 8 must be accompanied by an adult.
