This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used and shared when you visit Oriel Myrddin Gallery’s website www.orielmyrddingallery.co.uk and when you sign up to our electronic mailing list. The data we collect from you enables us to update and inform you of our activities. When you have signed up and provided your contact details we will send you regular information about our exhibitions and events.

Oriel Myrddin Gallery will not communicate via your personal contact details without your prior consent – you must give us your consent by subscribing to our mailing list. We will not share your personal information with any other organisations or individuals.

Who is processing your data?

We use MailChimp as our marketing automation platform. By subscribing to receive our email newsletter you acknowledge that the information you provide will be transferred to MailChimp for processing in accordance with their Privacy Policy and Terms.

What data is involved?

We ask you to provide us with your first name, surname and email address.

What are the outcomes of data processing?

You will only receive Oriel Myrddin Gallery electronic communications if you have expressly requested them by subscribing to our mailing list.

How can I change, unsubscribe or delete my information?

You can opt-out from our communications by clicking on the ‘unsubscribe’ link at the bottom of our newsletter. Alternatively please use the contact details within this document.
